Pacific Real Estate Capital Partners (PRECP) is a real estate fund management business launched by Pacific and management in 2009. The founding partners are Sir John Beckwith and Gerald Parkes, who together have 70 years of experience in successfully investing in global real estate and building highly respected fund management teams.

The Firm is set to grow its range of investment products through backing best in class managers, who share our values of preserving capital and meeting the objectives of the funds we manage.

PRECP has invested heavily in reporting, risk, compliance and management systems producing daily attribution, position and performance reports. The business has invested in sophisticated order and portfolio management systems and documenting procedures to ensure continuous responsibility and transparency on portfolio positions.
