Property Mezzanine Partners

Property Mezzanine Partners was established and launched in 1995 with, amongst others, Electra Partners. The Fund provided mezzanine finance for investment into commercial real estate, most notably in Manchester’s landmark building, Piccadilly Plaza.

The Fund executed transactions with a total value of £178 million generating an IRR of 23% and 1.8 x equity multiple.
