Doug Rogers – Director: Leisure and Media

Doug Rogers leads the Pacific private equity division, which focuses on the leisure and media sectors. Doug is responsible for the management and development of the portfolio, including investment structuring, the creation of management incentive schemes, acquisitions, disposals and financing, at all times working closely with the respective management teams. Since joining Pacific, Doug has worked on numerous transactions including negotiating the disposal of an in–stadia advertising business in the UK and the establishment of a number of asset backed leisure businesses in Europe.

Doug joined Pacific in its corporate finance team in 2000. Prior to that he worked with Price Waterhouse (Brisbane) for eight years specialising in corporate tax structuring.
