Simon Wilson – Managing Director: Corporate Finance

Simon Wilson joined Pacific in 2003. He is primarily responsible for Pacific’s interests in its fund management activities where he leads the establishment of new businesses and works with management teams on all strategic matters. Simon also oversees the execution of all corporate transactions across the groups. He is Chief Operating Officer of RiverCrest Capital.

Prior to joining Pacific in 2003, Simon worked at Hawkpoint Partners where he was a manager of the financial institutions team and the real estate team where he advised on a variety of public and private M&A transactions and capital raisings. Simon qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte & Touche where he worked in the financial institutions and corporate finance divisions.
