Sir John Beckwith CBE as Chairman and Mark Johnson as CEO, through
the Pacific Investments Group and associated partnerships, have jointly
founded, financed and seeded a number of highly successful asset
management businesses over the last 12 years.

These asset management companies have included Liontrust Asset
Management; Thames River Capital, Alpha Real Capital, River & Mercantile
Asset Management, Europa Capital Partners and Three Rivers Capital (Asia).
These businesses currently manage assets totalling more than US$25 billion and
offer both traditional and alternative strategy investment, in the equity, credit
and real estate markets globally, through over 30 funds.

Pacific has also taken direct stakes in private equity operations including
Riverside plc, Barbican Healthcare, Sports & Outdoor Media plc, Frontiers Group
and Ambassador Theatre Group. Pacific currently manages a Private Equity
Leisure and Media Fund.
